The following is a list of items that we feel are the individual tenant's
responsibility to maintain. Please feel free to contact us if
you have any questions regarding these items.
General maintenance
- Change the furnace filters every 6 mo of service time
- Replace light bulbs as needed with correct wattage and type
- Maintain batteries in smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
- Keeping screens and windows clean and repaired if damaged
- Shoveling and maintaining sidewalks and walkway keeping them
free of snow and ice. (Single family homes only)
- Providing your own lawn mowing equipment, Mowing and maintaining
the grass and trimming as needed. (Single family homes only)
Move out cleaning & unit conditions
- Remove all trash furniture and personal belongings from unit
- Clean all bathrooms and bathroom fixtures
- Clean all appliances including but not limited to: stove, oven,
refrigerator, micro wave, dishwasher, cloths washer & dryer
- Clean and empty kitchen cabinets and counter tops
- Wash dirt spots and stains from walls
- Vacuum and clean carpets, per lease agreement
- Patch all holes from picture and or shelf hanging
- Remove all personal belongings and broom sweep garage
